Whether you are completely new to yoga, would like to get more confident with your practice or revisit the basics, a beginners’ yoga course might be for you.
This 6-week beginners’ yoga course is a great way to start your practice and discover yoga in a safe and supportive environment. It's perfect for beginners and suitable for anyone looking to revisit the fundamentals of yoga.
The course builds each week providing a comprehensive introduction to the key elements of yoga practice. You will learn the basics of the yoga postures and different categories of poses including standing, seated, forward and back bends, and twists. We will also cover healthy alignment, how to use props, breath awareness, and relaxation.
During the six weeks you will study the building blocks of a yoga practice which you can then bring with you into other classes and your home practice.
