Below is my latest schedule of live weekly yoga classes on Zoom:

  • Tuesday 9.30am-11.00am

  • Thursday 10.00am-11.30am

  • Friday 9.30am-11.00am

  • Sunday 9.30am-11.00am

 

I am also available for one-to-one and small-group private classes.

Points to note:

  • The focus of each class will vary, but in general we start with breath awareness and warm up, building up to standing postures and moving with the breath, leading to a cool down and final relaxation.

  • Wear comfortable clothes and bring something warm for the final relaxation.​​

  • Listen to your body throughout the class and do not to force yourself into any postures that don't feel right.

  • Remember to enjoy yourself!
