The classes take place either indoors (at Bude & North Cornwall Golf Club) or outdoors throughout the summer (at Bude Haven Recreation Ground

  • Tuesday - 5.30pm-7.00pm

  • Thursday - 10.00am-11.30am

  • Friday - 9.30am-11.00am

Points to note:

  • The focus of each class will vary, but in general we start with breath awareness and warm up, building up to standing yoga postures as well as Qigong forms, moving with the breath, leading to a cool down, mindfulness meditation and final relaxation.

  • It's best to wear comfortable clothes and have a warm layer for the final relaxation.​​

  • Options and variations will be offered for all postures to make the practice work for you.

  • Use this as an opportunity to move, breath, explore and to enjoy yourself!
