Welcome to my website, Yoga with Vika. I teach a slow flow form of hatha yoga, which helps students focus on breath, movement and healthy alignment. All levels and abilities, from beginners to more experienced practitioners, are welcome in my classes where different variations and options will be offered. 

 

I teach yoga classes in Bude, North Cornwall, and the surrounding areas. I believe that practicing yoga regularly helps you to not only improve your flexibility, balance and strength, but to also create some space, clarity and calm in your mind.
